  They sold me a broken $900 phone. They will not return it nor refund. They will not deal with me. Instead they send me on a run around of phone calls making me drive back and forth from the store to my landline. The customer service on the phone is 2 hours late calling me back, transfering me some where else after calling me back. The store manager calls me impatient and tells me i will get charged no matter what. I never signed a contract. They cannot explain it in English. Is a absolute joke. There customer service is a joke. There policy is a joke. The star rating is a joke because i did not get 1 star customer service. It will not let me take stars away !!
